Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Aprovamos is a Peruvian company dedicated to providing virtual educational and psychological assistance services, aimed at both businesses and the general public.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between STL Soluciones Tecnológicas y Logísticas S.A.C. (hereinafter referred to as “Aprovamos”) and its clients.

By making a payment or contracting any service, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions, as well as any specific terms applicable to each service.

Both parties acknowledge the validity of this Agreement through any legally recognized means, including email, recorded phone calls, digitized signatures, or electronic signatures.

3. Client

A Client is any individual or legal entity that contracts Aprovamos’ services and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The Client declares to be over 18 years of age and guarantees that all information provided is true, complete, and up to date.

 

4. Agreement

Aprovamos agrees to provide the contracted services (educational or psychological assistance) under the terms and conditions agreed upon.

The Client agrees to make full payment of the fees established in the corresponding payment order.

 

5. Services

For educational assistance, Aprovamos will provide virtual sessions on the dates and times previously agreed upon.

For psychological assistance, sessions will take place according to the schedule confirmed by both the Client and Aprovamos.

 

6. Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

All change or modification requests must be made via email.

If the Client fails to join the virtual session at the scheduled time, the session will be considered delivered and the full fee will apply.

A 15-minute grace period is granted from the scheduled start time.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a full session fee will be charged.

In case of service cancellation, Aprovamos may charge up to 70% of the agreed total amount.

If the service has already been rendered or accepted, the Client must pay 100% of the service value.

 

7. Payments and Invoicing

Service fees must be paid in full and in advance via bank transfer, deposit, or online payment.

Aprovamos will issue the corresponding electronic invoice or receipt.

For services subject to withholding (12%), the Client must comply with this obligation when the invoice amount exceeds S/ 700.00.

Any billing discrepancies must be reported in writing within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.

After this period, the invoice will be considered accepted.

In case of late payment, the Client will have a 5-day grace period. After that, Aprovamos may report the Client’s default to Equifax or other credit bureaus.

 

8. Rights and Obligations of Aprovamos

  • Provide quality services delivered by qualified professionals.

  • Comply with all deadlines and agreed-upon conditions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of Client information.

  • Aprovamos shall not be liable for damages resulting from minor negligence or events of force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, conflicts, or technological failures).

If force majeure prevents service continuation for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the contract upon written notice, after settling any services already rendered.

Neither party may hire or directly solicit personnel from the other party during the term of the contract or for one year thereafter. In case of noncompliance, compensation equivalent to the service value will be required.

 

9. Rights and Obligations of the Client

  • Pay for services within the established deadlines.

  • Respect Aprovamos’ rescheduling, attendance, and cancellation policies.

  • Actively participate in sessions, completing any tasks or activities necessary to achieve service goals.

  • Submit any observations or claims within 2 calendar days after receiving a session. After that period, the session will be considered satisfactory.

 

10. Respect and Conduct Clause

The Client agrees to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all interactions with the assigned professional and Aprovamos staff.

In cases of disrespect, offensive language, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct, Aprovamos reserves the right to immediately terminate the service without refund.

This policy ensures an ethical, professional, and safe environment for both parties.

 

11. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Client during the validity of the Agreement will be treated as strictly confidential.

Aprovamos will apply the same degree of care it uses for its own sensitive information and will only disclose data when legally required or expressly authorized by the Client.

 

12. 🔒 Privacy Policy

Aprovamos protects personal data in accordance with Law No. 29733 – Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations.

Data Collection: By registering, submitting a form, or contracting a service, the Client authorizes Aprovamos to collect basic information such as name, email, phone number, and billing details.

Data Use: The information is used exclusively for managing contracted services, issuing invoices, responding to inquiries, and sending communications related to Aprovamos.

Data Storage: Information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties, except when legally required or authorized by the data owner.

Data Owner Rights: The Client may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose (ARCO rights) by sending a written request to administracion@aprovamos.pe.

Consent: By providing personal data or completing a transaction, the Client authorizes the processing of their information according to this policy.
