PAYMENTS AND INVOICING
 

1) If the service provided is subject to SPOT, THE CLIENT is responsible for paying the deduction or withholding in case the value of the invoice is greater than S/.700.00 (seven hundred and 00/100 Soles), THE CLIENT will assume the cost of sending the deduction or withholding voucher. If necessary, THE COMPANY will pay the deduction for the client within the first 5 working days of the month following the invoice to avoid penalties.


2) Upon expiration of the due date for payment, THE CLIENT has a grace period of 1 business day, after which THE CLIENT will be responsible for paying THE COMPANY a daily late payment of 4.5% of the total. THE COMPANY reserves the right to suspend any outstanding service until THE CLIENT makes payment of past due amounts and interest. Such suspension shall not be construed as a breach of this contract by THE COMPANY. All expenses incurred by THE COMPANY in the collection of overdue amounts shall be paid by THE CLIENT.

 

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY
4) THE COMPANY undertakes to provide the service in a diligent manner, using qualified personnel, guaranteeing the quality of the service.

 

5) Neither party shall be liable for any delay or related damages or penalties when such delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fatalities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war or disputes. If such delay persists for more than thirty (30) days, either party may, upon written notice to the other party, terminate this contract upon payment of the amounts for services performed and expenses incurred, in accordance with this contract up to the date of termination.

 

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
6) THE CLIENT agrees to pay the amount agreed upon by the parties within the terms and amounts stipulated in this contract, as well as the interest, penalties and collection costs, if any, generated by the breach of its obligations. In case of default, THE CLIENT will be registered in any credit bureau.

 

7) If THE CLIENT is not at the address agreed for the service, according to the previously programmed schedule; the service request will be considered as attended and the fee corresponding to a full session or equivalent to one hour (60 minutes) will be charged. The waiting tolerance is 20 minutes.

 

GUARANTEE

8) THE COMPANY guarantees the replacement of the specialist in case THE CLIENT requests it.
